The short version

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type — house value, loan, settlement, income — is sent to this site or anyone else. There is no account, no form that submits, and no analytics of our own.

What is stored on your device

One thing: the mood you pick (Sad, Objective or Angry), saved in your browser's local storage so the page looks the same next visit. You can clear it any time through your browser's site-data settings. Nothing else is stored.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — IP address, browser type, the page requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not receive or keep that data.

Advertising

This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure them. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Other options for opting out of third-party ad cookies are available at aboutads.info. Visitors in regions that require consent will be asked before any advertising cookie is set.

The reading list links to Amazon using an affiliate tag. As an Amazon Associate this site earns from qualifying purchases. Following one of those links sets Amazon's cookies under Amazon's privacy notice; it does not change what you pay, and we receive no personal information about you from Amazon.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
